Neuromuscular Orthopaedics

Dr Brian Martin has a particular specialist interest in the management of neuromuscular disorders, especially the treatment of cerebral palsy and spina bifida. 

Deeply involved in neuromuscular disorder treatments at the Children’s Hospital in Westmead; as an orthopaedic surgeon Dr Brian Martin has the expertise to professionally assess and treat these conditions. 
He has subspecialty training in both adult and children’s orthopaedics, allowing him to treat the many impacts that neuromuscular disorders can have on the joints, including the hips, knees and feet as well as muscle contractures.
